(LCF Georgia) was founded in 2017 to provide economic funding to groups that do critical work in the state but lack access to networks of funding and power. In their work, outreach workers have also navigated the trauma of farmworkers and their families, sometimes taking it on themselves. In this training, participants learned how to identify burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma that they, as providers, may experience when working with vulnerable populations.
